Looking through the posts in META I keep seeing a term being used a lot.

                                                          QUALITY.

Well I have thought quite a lot about this phrase being added to a post. So I thought what is a quality post and what does it mean? I myself am unsure because the actual term can mean many things to many people.

I therefore think it is worthy of much debate in the comments section.
