Goodafternoon everybody,

First of all hope everyone had a nice weekend and ready for another Week on the BBS Platform...and this is what i like the most about the platform ..each individual can see what they contribute to the platform ....and so u keep your self motivated...i will make a post later breaking down the rewards page but first i got other work prepared already...

But first well as we see Network is falling again and i think we all understand why right??

The introduction of the rewards page like alot of the adjustments the Admins are making are all very good...it really brings it to you as the person whether you choose to be a Supporter or a BBS Owner or both..its on you...

If you choose to be a Supporter well then you should be supporting more than one BBS which its good to see that many people are now doing its just sad they abandoned network in the process....and i am Guilty of that as well but hey i still kept coming and showing like hey i am here hahaha....

If u choose BBS Owner well just know its alot of work and better if you have your own source of bringing on people..just saying 

Anyways we starting this week in the red at minus -5 ...lets try and start next week with a plus 5 which ouldnt require much just 1 post each thats it..

Sativa is doing very well but that is no surprise to me even tho i do think they will be facing some challenges just like all of us do when we first get into engagements but thier advantage is they still came up after alot of changes were made...so they stand a pretty good chance at holding it...

IndFam is also doing well and they will also be doing good and i proud of them still hahaha my students dont care what they say they started by me hahaha and another one coming is Science andTechnolgy but IndFam they deserve it and Congrats to them and why i am not there even tho Rahulja one of its founders did invite me Cricket is not my thing but Guyana is a cricket place ...just saying..but they are doing well nice to see

The one with the Ukraine War is doing the best qua posts and thats good i aint in there so i dont know what thier strategy is hahaha but i do know the admins are watching and if they make it into engagements while maintaining that well they will easily take first...until we come back anyways haha

We have the Sports which has postive reviews around the board very nice keep up the good work and if i was younger like most people on here i probly would have joined but i aint about that right now...but i wish everyone the best of luck

And of course there is Chaasp with Movies and also one with the best reviews only yea for alot of us BBS Owners that are in Places where the Platform isnt really out yet yea have u seen the game being played yet or not??? I been saying BBS Owners need to have an outside source of people but hey

In any case as for us at worldwide we gonna be taking it alittle easy these coming 6 weeks cause i know there are still a few changes to come , the app to be released and the game thats being played so until i get into Guyana where i can bring on people that are not already influenced by the platform and that i know like me will just be serious about the platform in which i already proved that what i was saying from here what just 10 good people can do problem is these so called good people werent all genuine people hahaha but hey it proved the point still...so thats my focus when i start there and i know that i will find more but just 10 is all i need...

And this is what we all as both BBS Owners and Supporters  should do just try and get 10 good genuine people and with that you can already set a good example here on he platform...now whether i got to start it as  group or not, many people are moving around the platform 

Problem is not all have figured out how to reward the community and just the attention from the BBS Owner and Mods the best Team will win and here its fun cause it can be anybody now we have had Network, Crypto Charts, The Movies, Worldwide, SportX and now Sativa that have all held 1st, IndFam and The Ukraine war one also have the potential according to the numbers and this keeps it fun...unlike any other social media platform, we have records of these things that update daily that in itsef is my motivation but yea thats me..as i said i love challenges..

But thats what its gonna come down to...the BBS Team so Owner and Mods, The topics and the challenges...the rest is a bonus and bonusses we all know have to be earned and i agree i was way too easy...thats why i thank the admins cause now i do it with my own money and then u see really what it is cause they still had to put in work to find the sponsers something not many think about and its from that that we potentially can earn so yea...i agree hahaha 

But so as a BBS Owner u have to find a fair balance u have to think on everybody, your members, your mods and the platform not to mention yourself of course...so yea..until everyone can understand these things well then u join a bbs based on the topics and secondly the challenges or visa versa but in anycase thats what its gonna be...

And there is no time set to how long it will take before u receive bonuses nor even if u gonna get them cause if u doing it just for the bonuses means u dont love the work....starts with loving the work and more than that understanding it and showing that you can improve 

I hope all BBS Owners are thinking on expanding thier communities which of course they all do but the ones that can bring in people will be the ones doing the best for a time to come based on the speed of things as is...

but alot of people like taking thier time i am now forced to take alittle break hahaha but as soon as i touch Guyana so around  my people and even if it took the next 2 transitions to get back into engagements mining hey its only the more people i will have... 

But i hope everyone is enjoying the platform...i hope more see it as a a fun game like i do and just genuinely support the BBS's you choose to join...

Now of course u would have maybe 1 favorite mine is Worldwide but i still support Science and Technolgy which i need to do more and Network which i will be doing alittle more again and dropping Training and Tactics as thatsfor beginners which yea for now Network can handle i will restart that and my rounds one time with my people but people herealready know what it is so yea its a waste of time and energy right now that can then be better used in here as thats almost the same but still isnt as my intentions is more the real beginners and just training good mods and bbs owners...of which a group already exists but cool there ill be many more coming out from there..and that just for a year and i will stop that i dont even think so long...6 months will be enough for bbs owners anyways...cant raise too much competition hahaha but for the Mods that will continue cause they will be needed on the platform...and after a year of that i can change that BBS as the purpose of it would be served ...the platform has a lot of good variety bbs's and the alot of mods in various areas ready to work and help raise these bbs the right way from the start...with decent explanations tohave a steady climb instead of fluctuating hahahaha

Anyways people have a good day get around and enjoy the platform, have conversations,meet other like minded people as thats the real value on here the people u meet but hey, and dont be afraid to speak what u feel...its just keep it within the topics of the bbs u are into. 

And if it gets hidden well you know u need to adjust, u need to speak on the topic more and here they give you a chance here to edit it ...but if u continue just doing as u please well as a supporter u risk getting banned , 

As a BBS Owner well i am probly the last one that gonna make that mistake we all know now even if u reach 1st if you do not have your community under control they will warn you i cant say they didnt but they werent clear on what it really is but cool dont be a BBS Owner that partners too fast...thats for your own safety ...focus first on getting at least 5 good moderators that can be strict and will do the job even if it was to say u steeping out of line..  they will correct you self as the bbs owner.. these are the people u need cause u wont be able to check all the posts yourself...and i mean at 22 serious people its already alot ...u need good mods that will help check thru stuff and u need them in different areas...just u know alittle advise from someone that been on this rollercoaster  ride for 9 months and still enjoying it haha...

So feel free to check my work in my profile,  i have 2 channels here and 3 bbs and other places where i was...i think i definianly in the top 3 people that have the most work down on the platform if not 1st hahahaha...and that doesnt include what i have out around on the other platforms cause sinds bbs all of them are on the bbs for like 95% hahah that work will also be paying in like 2 more months...but hey i plan for the future not the moment..especially you young people on here be carefull...head the warnings and for the rest have fun...
