Advice / confirmation required please.

I don’t think I am going mad but….. I have been involved for a number of months with BBS and I have successfully been whitelisted and cashed out.  I am sure back in the old days once you had cashed out once on a platform you could cash out any amount thereafter!!!’ It now seems that you must reach the $10 threashold again before cashing out.

When did this change or is it just happening to me🤔🤔
