Previous purchasing and current promotion of post now generate this reputation points ( how many cost vs. how many post visits i think ) ...

Actually i still can`t figure out what is a purpose for that, but OK, i am still in early fifties :)

You can generate cashable points only like a publisher, but you must be partnered ( whitelisted ) ...

What happened on this period when members are not partnered on board ?

They can`t see nothing but reputation points ?
