Some members who have not yet been coupled are producing some quality content, and I also looked at their earlier work, which, in my opinion, was excellent. Since the guidelines for pairing have changed and we are unsure of exactly what we are required to do to obtain a partner, it would be beneficial if moderators offered assistance to users who are close to achieving this goal.For instance, some members might have wonderful content, but moderators might not be collaborating with them because they aren't participating enough, aren't leaving comments, or just need to polish their content a little. The members would be more motivated to keep posting and participating and not giving up if moderators sent them a direct message informing them that they were doing great but needed to improve in other areas.Because some members doubt whether they are doing a good job or are simply wasting their time, I believe that this is a wonderful method to let them know that they are on the correct track.
