When you check your balances for each board it now shows reputation in the top left corner this leads me to believe that the phases will be rolled out quite quickly with small changes starting to come in to affect already

It is a positive sign that BBS team are acting quickly and have whitelisted a small amount of members for the contribution to BBS 

This shows members what is expected to achieve whitelist and gives everyone some hope that it will not be too long of a process to get re whitelisted
