Just need some clarification on one of the changes that have been implemented please.

I belonged to a few communities where I had a cashable balance, some small and some were around $20 dollars.  I was whitelisted in some of them and some not.  These balances have now disappeared.  Do we ever get them back or who now benefits from them if we don't get the balances back?
Your input would be appreciated please.
