We set goals for like destination where we have to reach a day ... Some people will reach and some not ... 

We don't set the big targets ... Because CPM is dicrease to 50 ... And we can't make big earnings... 

We have to set like 10$ if you can work 6 to 7 hours here ...

So with the engagement we can earn alot ... We need to improve our engagement if we want to set big target... I want to make 7 to 8 ADSERVER for today ... It's good enough for me
