updated search engine ☑️

We have a new search engine that is much more suited to our needs, it now allows us to search for users, boards, and comments and publications.

without a doubt it is an excellent step, now an important point is to know if it works perfectly and the answer is still no, since in the members section, some do not appear.

this is an example, and I copied it as it appears in your profile, but it gives me another account, but not the member I'm looking for, this is a bug that will be fixed in future updates, I'm totally sure of that.
