What kind of commitment are they referring to here? Could it be that when you tell the community to participate by interacting, you are breaking this rule? It's well known that interaction requires commitment, I hope I'm wrong but it's kind of confusing this

"Partner requests/Unlock requests for other boards"

There seems to be a lot of posts breaking this rule by asking moderators or admins to include more users to become partners, am I misunderstanding this point?

We all know that there are many posts circulating demanding or suggesting that more partners be included.

I just have some doubts that I want to clarify to improve our publications, since if things go as they are, it seems that we will reach Christmas and most of us will continue breaking the rules.
