I am facing an issue with payment from almost 3 to4 days dont know its a bug or increase in fee?

When i withdraw from BBS to coinbase i am receiving amount with almost 60% tax what is this happening ?

Yesterday i withdraw 45$ and i just received 22$ until it reaches binance ❓❓

Now one of my friend withdraw his amount 32$ and on binance it is minimum amount cant be withdrawn but before someday 25$ is enough to withdraw

I want to know whats happening is anyone else there who faced this??
