You, I, admin and many others know that good numbers of user does not read the pinned post 

And they commit mistakes because of it 

Like tagging multiple users in one comment, not giving genuine impression by comment 

Then why don't we make it mandatory to read the pinned post 

I will save our time from answering to those users questions
