Must menstion BBS

I saw many post like good morning,night post's and mostly i saw admin's comment on that post  to add more content on your post or your post directly relevent to BBS... we have to menstion about bbs in every post don't matter you post break time or posting about morning post.. this advice for specially for new memeber's who recently joined, if you keep posting like this it will not good for you your whitelisting maybe delay and maybe you ban for sometime or permenantly...
