The owner is also actively involved. But after one or two weeks, the owner apparently loses interest in all this. Or he expects that the participants themselves will develop this board?

So what I want to say. Before creating a new board. Evaluate your strength and time spent on the bbs platform. No one but you, the owner, is very interested in the development of your board, especially if it is not approved by EM. You must be constantly active 24/7 for at least a month or two. Why do you create a community if you are not active yourself? That outsiders will do it for you?
