Must Drop a Comment when you promote

Hi BBS friends i have noticed that we have so many posts above 15$ and promoted by many members  but post have just 1 or 2 comments that looks not good.

What to do:

Well i think it must be a rule that a person who promote a post he must leaves a comment for the encouragement of the publisher  in this way promoters and publishers both can earn more Reputations.

So what are your opinions about this?
