I don't think it is ok  when somebody is posting somebody else's account name, post or comment. I can see that some members  when they try to prove a point they post somebody's content screenshot without members permission.

Some members sometime they make honest mistake or try to say something and their comment gets out of the context, and some members are rushing to use their mistake to make post  and judge them.

I think even if you want to post something good about other members, it would be good to ask for permission first
