I would like to be able to easily tip from my BBS balance especially to non-partnered members to be able to encourage them or as appreciation for an exceptional post or comment.

The RP tip is fine but an actual BBS tip is better. As I see it now that the processes have changed it is not a loophole for a scam. I would use my own BBS balance that I've either earned or purchased.

Currently, I can send BBS to another user with a message but it is not so convenient. With a BBS tip, it would be very convenient. If you have some BBS balance it could look something like this.
