I told you that I got an answer from 0xReclamation that told me he forwarded the issue to the devs and today he came back to me with an answer:

So every day we learn more about how BBS exactly functions and I can finally rest easy knowing that this isn't some code related malfunction or anything but that arbitrage may take a bit to repeg the whole thing.

I also solves the issue of the red warning that seemingly didn't appear on some very volatile moves while sometimes showing up with the price doing virtually nothing.
