When does the most traffic happen on BBS?

I saw many posts in the past months where people wonder about when is the most traffic on BBS. I can't give an exact answer but I did an analysis the last 4 days and came to an interesting conclusion:

Between the time of 17:00 UTC - 21:00 UTC there are on average 32% more posts than in the rest of the day.

That doesn't mean that the most busy time is exactly in this period but it should be somewhere around this time.
