Great Reset comes with great decision to make for those sitting with cashable amount. Honest assessment of one published posts is required as there is no guarantee of receiving whitelist status again. We don't even know how long it will take for one to get whitelisted again.

If user have been posting quality I think these users have nothing to worry about except that it might take couple of days to get whitelisted again in my estimate.
