

I'm not sure about you but over the last few weeks my motivation has dropped from being as active within the METTABBS community due to work & family commitments which I do want to turn back around so iv been thinking π€
What are the ways to help people boost or regain motivation to keep active in the community ?
Being a partnered member I feel it's my obligation to to get back on track.
Here is some things I am planning on doing now moving forward which I hope can help someone else.
1. Committing to reading through previous posts 3 - 5 times per day for minimum 5min while also commenting on those posts.
2. Writing topics I want to post about in my notes on my phone even if I don't have time to create the content right now.
3. Committing to create at least 1 piece of content on METTABBS daily.
4. Be a better partnered member
So just wondering, are there some specific things you do or that you could suggest to help people boost motivation βοΈ
