I know that we are criticizing the BBS board maybe more than they deserve and the one that are complaining the most are mods and admins because i think members, most of them gave up the hope for the better BBS platform. But do they mods/admins have right to complain? Yes they do because they are the ones that are giving the best trying to save this platform and i am sure the BBS board know that. 

I am not saying that they should be treated differently or rewarded for their contribution but i think that before you make any update or change to the platform, you should have their opinion, they are in the first line of duty because most of the time they are on BBS platform and they know very well how the changes could affect the platform. 
So i would recommend BBS board to ask their opinion about new changes that will be implemented in the future, it does not have to  be  with all mods/admins because they could chose one to represent  them all. That way we could all come up with better ideas for update which would not harm the platform.
