How do we encourage our missing bbsers to come back

Lot of users have joined bbs but now they are no where to be found. How do we encourage them to come back to bbs? How do we motivate them to keep being active? We don't want them to regret leaving this interesting and growing platform. We are a family that support and want everyone to grow old. Bbs for life
