Video needs to be MP4 with H.264. The easiest way is to convert your video. All you need to do is use any free video converter and make sure the video is converted to MP4 format. I used:

Make sure you select MP4 and Automatic Audio Formats

When conversion is done, download the video to your device and upload it to BBS.
