               If you're still struggling to be partenerd then you should keep in mind that which sort of posts you are promoting. Means if you likes to promote a small valued post then think twice.

              First open the post then read it after reading you should guess about it , if you found it according to the rules then you should go to promote it otherwise it will affect your profile if you promote off topic posts.

            I think this is the great step to increase engagements , if you have understood ,the main reason for this thing is this that they want just to implement the quality things only and they also wants to avoid the promoters who do  promotes the post without even opening .
