I think if you are using Catchy Title in Meta BBS Board, many of the Members read your post with interest. the purpose is to grab the reader's attention and make them want to read more.

If You are Not Good at Choosing your Title, Your Post income is not acceptable because if you make only 0.15$ on your Post.
