With the changes looming upon the BBS Network, I suggest that everyone wishing to cash-out, do so irrespective of the rate. 
This is because the BBS Token is currently undervalued, in my opinion, and if  members are potentially taken off the white-list initially, (with some members being re-listed straight away) those that want access to their tokens may be upset they didn’t cash-out before these changes take place.
