What will happened??

It's my third week start that i apply for whitelist my account.. i was thinking like what if someone didn't get whitelist in case in 3 weeks.. soo if he/she apply again for whitelisting he/she have to wait for 3 weeks again or the time limit will reduced... hope i will be whitelist in this week.. should i apply again or i just wait for it???
