To run ads in meta bbs you need to become a partner first but if you aren't a partner member and you have a board and we all know meta bbs is the most active board in bbs So can we promote our board here ? 

It's definitely allowed to do it through ads but I'm asking If We are not partners here so can we promote our board through our posts ? 

Is it allowed or not ? 

I heard from someone that we can do it three times in a week and it's allowed, But I want the answer from the mods before publishing any such post
