BBS Android Application pull to refresh not working in home page and notification menu

Description:

Pull to refresh gesture not working in home page and notification menu of application when user is at top of screen.

Steps to reproduce:

> User is in home page of application.

> Or user is in notification menu of application.

> User swipe down the screen to refresh the page

> Netither the posts in home page nor the notifications in notifications panel are getting updated.

Pull to refresh gesture in home screen and notifications should update and retrieve the latest results.
