I seem to remember the cool-off window between posting once being set at 30 minutes. Does anyone remember this or have a remembered incorrectly?

Many months ago when NFT's were the range, some boards had the timer at 10 minutes, but that got changed very quicky. 20 minutes has been the norm for some time now, so I'm second-guessing my memory. Does anyone remember?
