I am rising a point that many were asking about it- Engagement Mining. 

We see that the development for BBS is stopped , in a way , and Eyal was talking about a new investor or news comming regarding the BBS development. 
So, I am wondering how are the EM rules for the communities who will apply for it? 
Who is resposible for this now?

 Who can approve or disapprove? 

Is understandable that some things are in stand by , but there should be somone there to assist with this. 
When 0xReclamation resigned, there was no one showing up and announcing who’s his replacement. 
I would like to have a reaction and response as I am going to promote and ask for EM for a new community.
