EveryDay, new members joined the Boards and they dont know what to do with it, and started by doing offtopic content...If they post off topic then try to help them...I want to request all of you that whenever you see a new user, Kindly give them a thumbs-up and try to appriciate them by doing comments and suggestions, so they will work with their 100% effort...
