Members are Still Tagging in Comments in Meta BBS Community..!!

Recently i see a Tag of the Member, in which he Tags 5 Members... I was Also Tagged in this 5 Members and i also Get a Notification of Tag.... So, What it's Mean? Can we Tag Members or Not? We are Still getting Notifications.. It Leads us to Ban? 🤷🏻‍♂️
