For some members   who gets confused about admin and moderators duties  on board.  A moderator is next in line (or below) to the administrator  hierarchy.

So if you work hard and you give contribution to BBS, maybe one day you can be moderator as well, and you don't have to apply or make request anywhere, they will contact you.
