New people join the boards on a daily basis, but because they don't know what to do with it, they begin by posting off-topic information. If they publish something off-topic, try to assist them. Please offer new users a thumbs-up anytime you see them and attempt to show them appreciation by making comments and ideas so they put their all into their work. Try to let them know where they went wrong and how to fix it.
