A short question. Does it make sense to create a new community?

In the last few weeks, several new communities have been created on the platform. I have a question, in connection with recent events, is it worth doing this? After all, it is unknown what awaits the platform, whether its development will take place and whether these tips for EM will be approved? Or is it not worth wasting time on this, but using those that work?
