I am sorry for my late answer. 

I think it is good to give back to the community and use the rewards for  the ones who deserves. 
In FCN , we do not reward any AI posts, posts that have been shared and discussed in another community and of course, copy paste posts. 

Our rewards system is based on the engagement as well and that’s why we reward posts after minimum 24h. 

Rarely we tip posts posted in the same day. 
If you look closely the rewards versus what goes back to the community are not matching as you mentioned. 


As I mentioned in the video: if the community gets $100 and I leave 25$ to the tipping pool, there are many times when we do not use all for  rewards, so all stays in the community pool.

This doesn’t mean that if from $25 I reward 20, I will take $5 for myself. The $5$ will stay in the community pool and will be added to the next rewards. 

So I suggest you to check the blockchain and see exactly how much is the board owner deposit in its own account. Also to follow up how much tip in other communities. 


I believe some of us make  trades. 


For example: Wilbatilda is a board owner and she gets income from  her community Gametech. But she is tipping a lot in other communities: like Metabb, Sports , FCN etc. 

I do the same many times. So not all we get is for our own pockets 😉

I think it is a delicate and interesting subject to discuss. Not everything is looking as it is 😉.
