On BBS the ownership of a community can be easily transferred to another member. 

I would like the platform to consider that the transfer should not be completed unless the receiver is notified that ownership is being transfered and that the receiver also approves the transfer. This would prevent any malicious or problematic sending of communities, which may not yet be an issue right now, but potentially could be.
