Tips are decreasing in BBS community

Tip is best hope for a new user which not only brings him/her in BBS community but also courage him/her. No matter how big the tip or how small it is, but it's a little bit hope for new one.

Someone can tell me the what is the maximum amount of tip here? And how big tip you got yet?

I just got 1$.
