Hello friends, I heard the news that the CEO of Telegram "Durov" was arrested upon entering the airport in France because the government accused him of several crimes that happen within the Telegram platform!
Main reasons for arrest:
Complicity in the dissemination of illicit material: Durov is accused of failing to take necessary measures to prevent child sexual abuse material, drug trafficking and other illegal content from being shared on the Telegram platform.
Fraud: You are accused of possible fraudulent activities linked to Telegram.
Organized crime: Its possible connection with organized crime activities through the platform is being investigated.
Refusal to cooperate with authorities: Durov has been accused of failing to provide information requested by French authorities to investigate the aforementioned crimes.
and in my opinion I believe that these charges are imposed on the CEO of Telegram since I am 100% sure that all these illegal acts happen on the Telegram social network!
