Can someone exlpain in easy words???

I just read the pinned post and i don't understand the criteria of whitelisting it's my 5th week that i waiting for the response and last week i once massage to the Mod as well but he also disn't response can any one explain me the new criteria of white listing soo we can try that one and get whitelisting.. if any one know let me know in the comment section please...
