The benefits of joining small communities and support them to grow up.

I remember when I joined for the first time on a small board and started to post my content.
I was joining many small boards before, but I never got interested in posting.
Now I am speaking about the one that I joined and decided to help it grow.
This was 3 months ago when I joined Meta Engagers.
It was a small board with low cpm -5 - , like many from present boards. I earned nothing, but I decided to stay there and help it grow because I knew that in the near future it will get Engage Mining and Growth funds. The board started to grow slowly, but surely. From 1 member to 800 members in the present day, was a big step.
The board got short term funding with a 150 CPM. Everyone was joining and benefited from this. After the short periode many have decided to hunt the boards with a bigger CPM and lost interest. The board’s score failed drastically, but luckily loyal members like me and others supported it by the time it got permanent 150 CPM funding.
Now, the board is successful and we can all benefit from it. It has more than 400 posts per day and a good engagement. I am proud that I decided to stay and support it.

Now let me tell you about the benefits supporting the small communities.
👉 You can build your reputation and people will follow you.
➡️ A small board doesn't have a lot of members, but the team and other loyal members are there. So, when the time comes for the board to be successful, you can be one of the most popular members and people will get engaged in your posts.
👉 You can train your content - that means if you post something , the team is more focused to keep the board original with good content posts and will always advice you about your mistakes. You can learn how you can post well.
👉Inspiration and support for a new board
➡️ If, in the near future, you wish to create your own board, the members that follow you( the benefit from the first point) will be helping you to create your own board.
👉 Inprove yourself and your own content
➡️ People from small boards publish good and original content. Is a good way to learn about anything .
Here are the small boards that I am member and in some of them I am moderator, that they have a great team that believes and support BBS to be one of the most successful social platform:
MWATALK - talk about movies
SPORTX - talk about sports
BBSMATES - talk about your daily life
CHICKEN - talk about travel
SATIVA - talk about positive vibrations and
SHAREIT - talk about investment
GAMTECH- talk about gaming and technology
COVID - talk about covid
CTRUST - community review for all the boardsss
With the new rules that a board should stick to a specific topic, I am very sure that all those boards will not only grow faster, but will be the most successful ones.
🟠 So, do you want to be one of their founders and improve yourself : reputation or good content creator ?
🟠 Then is the time to give a hand and support them as well.
🔴 This part is a suggestion for the BBS founders:
BBS wants to be successful, original and show the world a decentralized social media.
We all support you and wish to make this happen.
All we want to ask is to help the small and not whitelisted communities by making it easier. 🙌
My suggestion and like some others have suggested is to rethink the 5CPM funding and give it a bigger one. The small communities lose members, engagement and developing mostly because of this reason.
If there will be a equal CPM and, for ex a number of 50CPM, then the small boards will grow up and fight more for the BBS vision.
Help the small boards to help the entire BBS.
Thank you for reading and taking in consideration my advice and suggestions.
With respect,
From a loyal and BBS promoter - member - Kryptokitty
