How Cpm is working now ?

After this update we have seen many changes in interface but I'm just confused how it's working now 

Can't see cpm 

We can't see cpm , Neither we can see the actual cpm of board nor we can see the cpm boost 

May be interface is different for partners 

May be interface is different for partners now only they can run ads and see cpm but I'm not even sure about this that they can do all these 

Non-partnered Can't boost cpm ? 

In past may be non-whitelisted members can also boost cpm but now only partnered members have the ability to do it 

Main problem 

When a member join a board they check the cpm first and than start posting because everyone want to earn some bbs tokens but if they can't see cpm than how will they find out either this board has 50 cpm or 0 ??
