Do you think that BBS strategy to make it very easy for members to register is good strategy?  I can see sometime some new members that are promoting posts and never commenting, in fact i check they have  little or no comment at all. Would it be good that for new members when they register to not be allowed immediately to promote the posts, to go first through some tutorial about how the platform works and to help them adapting

I know that there are rules written on the board  but i think that they are not reading them, also i think that creating of new board is very easy with only few steps and without any procedure.

I think that for creating new board, members should first make request and write description of what kind of board they want to create and  then after some period their request to be approved by admins.
