So many changes have happened over the last week and I just need some clarification on a few points.

As we no longer apply for whitelisting and Admin invite you to be whitelisted by your good posts and comments on other's posts - does that mean Admin will read every comment and read every post to judge who will be chosen for whitelisting?  What happens if you keep slipping through the net and they overlook you completely?

Another question with regarding owning your own community - how do you get noticed to be chosen for the engagement mining?
