BBS network activities and participating members

It's been a long time since I came back to BBS today and I see that there is a change to the platform and the new writing principles of the platform.

There is a problem that currently new members join a lot, but the number of active members is almost infrequent. The active activity of the old members is almost gone. How do you think they can come back to BBS??
