Now a new team is handling the whitelisting so how can users reach out to them

Many of you already aware of this fact that now whitelisting is being done by a separate team 

not by the moderators or admin then If any user has a question about it then where should he/she go 

I mean how can they reach out to the team who is handling it 

Is there any way of knowing about this?
