Hey Fam...Due to alot of member joining on the board I posted this everyday almost, EveryDay their are too many new members joined the Boards and recently i saw a Post of @HAJITAHIR, so welcome on the Board ... Freshers at first dont know what to do with it, and started by doing offtopic content... 

If they post off topic then try to help them...I want to request all of you that whenever you see a new user, Kindly give them a thumbs-up and try to appriciate them by doing comments and suggestions, so they will work with their 100% effort... Try to tell them their mistakes and how to improve them...
