We're in a bearish pattern but the buttom line of it is definitely almost flat and we're just above the ICO price. Will it be defended? I do believe it will depend on how long the current pattern lasts in a battle against the app release which I'm pretty certain should by any mean bring more investors to the table and mechanically rise the price. 

Though I'm not sure it would thave this effect day 1 but people tend to fomo on cheap newly listed assets, but also an app release isn't the same as a listing but it would bring visibility nonetheless.
